Avid Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian technology company, founded in 2009 by Nishant Shrivastava, with offices in Jaipur and Udaipur. We build education technology — learning, on-screen marking, campus ERP — and we still design, host and maintain websites and custom stores.
Who We Are
Avid Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2009. From Jaipur (Sanganer) and Udaipur (Sunderwas) we deliver software and IT services: Avid LMS (with Avid AI Learning Assistant), Avid OSM and Avid AI Professor for evaluation, Avid ERP editions, custom e-commerce, university websites, hosting and AMC.
Avid OSM originated in 2020 in work undertaken at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur, while founder Nishant Shrivastava served as Senior IT Consultant. Separately, the university’s public website at alujaipur.ac.in currently shows a visible footer credit “Powered by AWSPL” linking to avidwebsolutions.in. Website credit is not the same fact as OSM production history.
