A browser-based portal for universities and examination offices to run confidential question-paper setting end to end: assign examiners, set bilingual papers, approve without exposing questions, release to a named press, and settle bills — with clear roles and a full audit trail.

Intermediate roles see status and metadata. Question text stays with the people who must set or print it. Complementary to Avid OSM (on-screen marking of answer scripts).
What is SecureQPS?
SecureQPS is Avid Web Solutions’ Confidential Exam Paper Setting Portal — software for universities and examination offices to assign, draft, approve, release and print confidential question papers with role separation and audit trails.
It is not an LMS, not on-screen marking, and not a generic document store. The product is scoped around the Controller of Examinations workflow: schemes and assignments, examiner drafting, optional Vice-Chancellor approval without question text, release to one press, dual-officer opening, and accounts settlement.

Optional approval queue by course, paper, examiner and session — metadata only, no question text on the panel.
Inbox limited to that press; dual-officer verification with press admin; controlled print/download window; packing and press billing.
Separate examiner and press bill queues — voucher, date, amount, mark paid — without access to paper content.

SecureQPS was developed around real Controller of Examinations workflows and has been used in production with Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur. Demo access for other institutions is arranged on request — we do not publish live exam credentials on this site.

How does a paper move through the system?
The office assigns a paper with a frozen scheme; the examiner drafts and locks; optional VC approval happens without question text; the office releases to one press; two press officers complete a controlled opening; accounts settle bills on screens that never show the paper.
Can examiners work from outside campus?
Yes. Examiners typically sign in with mobile number and a verification code and work on their own assignments. Privileged office desks can use additional access controls where the university requires them.
Does this replace Avid OSM?
No. SecureQPS covers confidential question-paper setting and release to press. Avid OSM covers on-screen marking of scanned answer scripts. They are complementary examination products.
