University examination management module
COE workspace in Avid University ERP: exam administration, results, revaluation queues and gazette-ready outputs. OSM (on-screen marking of handwritten books) is a separate product that can import marks.
What this module is
The examination module is the Controller of Examinations workspace: running the exam process and publishing results. Pre- and post-exam operational work (forms, hall tickets, seating where implemented) belongs here — not in the LMS video player and not in OSM’s marking screen.

OSM vs ERP
If the buyer needs digital evaluation of handwritten scripts, send them to Avid OSM. If they need COE result processing, this module is the landing page. Mixing the two in one H1 loses both rankings.

Is this the same as Avid OSM?
No. Examination management in ERP is administration and results. Avid OSM is on-screen marking of scanned handwritten answer books. They connect when both are deployed: marks can import into the COE workspace.
Does this include convocation ceremonies?
Degree eligibility and records can sit with results in ERP. Dedicated ceremony tools (seating, guest tickets, stage flow) are not claimed as a GradPak-style product on this page. Ask in a demo if you need conferment records plus an event process.
